Panayiotis Yiannas graduated from the University of Cyprus where he obtained his BSc in Economics. After graduation, he worked for four years in Deloitte & Touche Ltd, while in the same time he obtained the ACA (Association of Chartered Accountants) qualification with first time passes on all courses. Through his experience in Deloitte & Touche Ltd, he gained a good knowledge of VAT and Cyprus Income Tax Law, as he was senior in charge for the audit of medium and large companies as well as assisted in the audit of public companies. For one year, he worked in Societe Generale Cyprus as an internal auditor, assisting in the preparation of bank’s internal policies and procedures. In 2009, he joined G.C. EuroAudit Ltd, a medium size audit firm, as a Senior manager. He was promoted as a Director and Head of Consulting Department servicing small and medium enterprises. Since June 2016, Panayiotis is a co-founder and Director in Yiannas & Fessas AuditWise Limited.

Panayiotis has an excellent knowledge of the International Financial Reporting Standards and the International Standards of Auditing. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus (ICPAC) as a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Recently, also appointed as a member of the ICPAC IFRS committee.

Panicos Fessas is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in England (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from The University of Cyprus. He started his professional career as an Accountant in 2005 with a local firm of Certified Public Accountants where he worked and trained for three years, before resigning and accepting the position of the Senior manager to G.C. EuroAudit Ltd, a medium size audit firm. Since June 2016, Panicos is a co-founder and Director in Yiannas & Fessas AuditWise Limited.

Panicos has extensive knowledge in Cyprus Law especially with regards to Taxation and VAT. His expertise is mainly on audit and assurance for clients in the real estate development, service companies and retail sectors of the economy.
